At 4:51 when hamza turned the steering (most probably in masti) ,habib fell on him. I think hamza was not expecting habib to fall on him. So when habib fell on hamza, hamza was not able to control the steering. In those few seconds that tragedy happened.

Both have done mistakes which led them to this accident Habibian was dancing in the car when it was without roof and fell on hamza while Hamza's one hand was upside and he was not holding the steering by both hands. The main mistake was done by Habibian as he shouldn't cross the limits and pursue safety especially in northern areas.
