Many years ago I went to Brownsville, Texas! As a guy from the northeast part of the country, I had no idea they the citrus groves existed there, and was my first experience seeing citrus on the tree, as we have orchard after orchard of apples in my area! God Bless You!

@@Zakcb Looks like KZbin has archived some older vids. Was during Coles last college days, and the video was how Cole saved money by parking in the remote lots. Nave, being late and hurring, had gotten stuck in a snow bank by her overturning a corner. To me it seemed a delightful coincidence of providence.

sometime you need to charter a fishing boat off of Padre Island and go fishing. Go out far enough that you can not see land. Beautiful and scary at the same time. But it was an awesome trip.

I'm sure Cole enjoyed Texas I lived in Kingsville, Texas for about 5 years in the early 80's. My husband was a liaison officer on the Kingsville Naval Air station over the military clubs. I loved living there I'd go into Corpus Christi to shop or we'd go to padre island with friends. I really missed it when we came back to S.C.. I missed my family and had to come back home.

Nave! Brownsville, Matamoros and S. Padre, what a trip. My wife and I went there in 199? something. It was great. We walked through Matamoros and bought some souvenirs. Nice family.

@@NavexCole damp-rid is just rebranded calcium chloride. If you can get calcium chloride flakes or pellets in 50lb bags you'll save money. Use a 5 gallon bucket, put colander in the bucket and put a few cups of the flakes in the colander. The calcium attracts moisture and will "melt" into the bucket. Other options are plug paint the basement or get a dehumidifier, but if you get a dehumidifier get an auto empty version, my basement is relatively dry so I run the dehumidifier only in the summer and I get about a gallon a day. A damp basement could get several gallons a day

Cole do you know from where I live in Texas to Brownsville, TX is an 8 hour and 16 minute drive. That is literally from my front door to the outer edge of Brownsville.
