Nave!! You and Cole are the cutest couple!!! My husband is Hispanic and I feel like we are the opposite of you and Cole. He taught me how to make a lot of Mexican food and I still make things like molé, tamales, barbecoa and atolé almost every week. I would love to see how you cook something. I actually learned most of the food my husband loves from watching videos of other people doing it their way and my husband giving tips. I like that you throw out Spanish because I have been trying to become more fluent, but my husband don't speak it around me very much. When you were quizzing Cole I was excited to know all the words you said. Keep up the great videos!

@@NavexCole I never used to like it either but then I watched a video of an old grandma in Oaxaca making it from scratch and I saw that she put shortbread cookies and raisins and prunes and so I tried making it that way so it is just the slightest bit sweet and then I finally liked it. Its still not my fav. but it's pretty good now. I will probably never like it in a restaurant.

One of the best ways that I know of to help with motion sickness- pick an object in the distance, like a mountain or tall building, that you can focus on for awhile. It helps to fool your brain into believing you’re more stationary. Worth a shot! Y’all are so cute!

I love Coles video's but I love yours too because they show more personal time of you two having fun. I know there is a lot of work on the farm to be done and it is interesting to watch but I love watching you too have fun away from the farm too. It reminds me of my earlier day with my husband and all the fun we had when we were young. Nave have you ever had your doctor give you a prescription for motion sickness. It would sure help on trips to keep you from getting sick. I hate that you get sick and can't enjoy every minute of life.

Keep alcohol wipes in your purse when you feel nauseous open one and breath the vapors in through your nose. Learned this from a nurse at the hospital don't know why or how it works but it does.

We had a set of twins. It was awesome having the family we have. We have all remained very close. 4 girls 3 boys. My grandparents lived with us when they lost their farm to a fire. So my sisters and I grew up, cooking cleaning sewing and living every moment of it. It was like playing house.😂

My little brother used to get car sick to, these are a few things Mom did that often helped him. I thought maybe it could help you to be able to enjoy your trips better. I get motion sickness when I am picking corn, I sympathize with you Nava. Lemon water in a bottle, lemon drops (mom bought the brach's ones, they worked better) peppermint tea with honey, peppermint candy, peppermint oil to rub on the tummy and back of neck into the ears. Cool most towel around the neck. If we were traveling long hours Mom would give him 1/2 of a benadryl tablet. Take care of yourself and be safe this fall. Hug's in Christian Love to you.

Nave, if you get car sick ? try to find " candied ginger" I was on a cruise once and when the seas got a little rough they had candied ginger for the passengers. It did help !

For nausea try over the counter Non Drowsy Dramamine or a Scoplomine patch you wear behind your ear. Also can ask your Doctor for Zofran , under the tongue tablets that stop nausea cold. So sorry you have car sickness too. Looks like you two have had so much fun on this trip;

4:00 "The weather here is weird" :D Yep! Having lived in the SF Bay area for about 10 years, my first rule of going up to SF is to always bring a jacket. It's always colder up there than on the peninsula. Plus the weather changes even just from one part of the city to the other because of all the hills and wind.

I've suffered from car sickness since I was a kid. A couple things I would suggest: 1. Ginger - ginger ale, and ginger candy. Let some of the bubbles out of the ginger ale first, and sip a little bit every 20-30 minutes. 2. Benadryl - I know other people have suggested gravol, but save yourself some money here. Gravol is between 54 and 57 percent diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and 8-ctp (8-chlorotheophylline) which is a stimulant related to caffeine (to offset the drowsiness). 3. If you get really nauseous and sick .. get a hold of your doctor and get some promethazine (12.5 to 25 mg about an hour before you travel) and you should be pretty golden, and will definitely end up sleeping. 3. Sea-band wristbands. They are an acupressure wrist band that uses pressure points in your wrist to prevent you from getting nauseous and sick. Hopefully my advice will serve you well down the many roads ahead. 🙂

I have only been car sick one in my life - as a passenger in an old motorhome that rocked like a boat on big waves. Someone in our group had Gravol and that saved the day. Unless I could sit up front I felt like I was going to puke all over. That was 20 years ago and it hasn't happened since. And I've never been sick on a boat, either. Weird. That looked a fun trip, the hide and seek was great!

I've been on Alcatraz during a tour. It was really something else being there. I went down to the main recreation yard, which had a long staircase to get down to. I was really spooky, probably because I was the only one there. To this day I don't understand why I was the only one there in the yard at that time. But I went back up the stairs and out of there because I swore I heard voices even though no one was around.

I’ve always gotten car sick really easy. At Walgreens , Walmart , cvs there is pressure point wrist bands that help. Also equate (Walmart) motion sickness pills. Usually a 1/4 of one last 12-14 hrs for me. I take it before going on any trip or riding with anyone that I’m not driving and sometimes I get carsick even when im driving! Peppermint oil and chips. I feel you on being carsick.

I get car sick too when in the back...dont look out the side windows...your eyes rapidly going side to side makes you sick...don't read, dont look down at your phone....and take a gravol
