@@44nkk Thing with Adams is I really never saw him play so I was really close to leave him out all together. Kompany and Campbell was basically a 50/50. For Bergkamp skillwise he should be there like I said above. With this kind of 4-3-3 a ST/CF is only place at least for me I can put him. He didn't play on the wing and I just don't see him in that midfield role in this system. When you compare him to Suarez/Aguero they both are above him at least for me. If I'd have 4-4-2 or 4-1-2-1-2 Bergkamp would have been on bench XI. This is just my opinion, you can of course have your own. I'll gladly have some conversation

@@44nkk Lol, doubt you even watched either player, most people would agree with me. Kompany at City played almost double the games as Campbell at Arsenal, won double the titles and was immense. He was seen as the best defending in the league for years without ever getting to have a proper partnership. Carrying the likes of Lescott, Otamendi, and Demichelis to titles. Joe Hart won the Golden Glove 4 times at City and it was mainly down to Kompany. Aguero's mins per goal is far beyond any player in the league who has played more than 100 games, enough said.

The players are ultimately an embodiment of the state of play when they were active / at their peaks. So I chose to bring the timeframe down to within only the Premier League era, which is 1992 onwards Some players will miss out due to this, like Arsenal's Tony Adams I have identified two peak periods for each of the Top 3. Arsenal: Wenger's Invincibles (Lehmann, Campbell, Cole, Vieira, Henry, Bergkamp +Fabregas), Arteta's current regime (White, Saliba, Odegaard, Saka) Liverpool: Benitez's (Hyypia, Alonso, Gerrard, Torres) and Klopp's (Alisson, TAA, VVD, Robertson, Henderson, Salah, Mane) eras Man City: Aguero's (Kompany, Toure, Silva, Aguero) and Haaland's (Ederson, Walker, Dias, Cancelo, De Bruyne, Foden, Sterling) eras Arteta's squad is definitely the most debatable part of my selection, but eh, I don't have much other options due to my (self-imposed) restrictions
