I'm sure this movie will do comprehensive market analysis and have appraisers explaining how these appraisers must of been racist....not. That first home is being propped up by telephone polls. I'm sure its high quality construction....not. Its located in an area with filled in swamp land, the lowest priced area in the county, not because of their race.

It's actually the location of this home that's not in a very residential area on a particular side of a major highway nearby. The first appraiser did the right thing and used comps from the same side of the highway. The second one did not, probably not as familiar with the market area. Sad that such important details are completely disregarded to make the story appeal to more people.
