Hi , you add the lentils before, so they can become tender like the other veggies.

What kind of pot is that? Also what did you season your meat in using the pressure cooker?

The meats were pickled meat, which mean they didn’t need to be season it provide it unique flavor. The pot was a large hold about a 2 gallon
