Been following you for awhile. Never really ever speak up.. but I have to say I love.. love that name. Our Daughter Brooke was named after my husbands G'ma Alice. We put a twist on ours to mention grandson of Alice.. so Aliceson= Allison. We used it as her middle name. Her first name means she is able to meet life's challenges. She was born at 30 wks 3 days. Was born on Sunday and home by Friday. She is 13 now and wow! If she puts her mind to it. It happens. Thank you for sharing.

I had a really rough day mentally being in quarantine . This video was what I needed . I’m not Dutch but I grew up in the Christian Reformed Church surrounded by many Dutch families those chocolate sprinkles are amazing . We have Larissa Hope (Larissa was a friend of my husbands growing up Hope is from Jeremiah 29:11) Natalie Joy ( Natalie was a friend from my childhood who was older and had a lot of influence in my walk with the Lord . Joy is from Philippians 4:4 ) Joshua Andrew Lee (Joshua 1:9, Andrew is for Anderson my maiden name , Lee is my husbands middle name ) Alice is my grandmothers name .

De Ruijter is the last name of the person that established the company that makes the chocolate sprinkles. Do it’s similar to/ pronounced the same as ruiter, which is mostly used as rider, as in someone that rides a horse. And in the Netherlands we have a variation of the chocolate sprinkles (which are called hagelslag) in Dutch, we for instance also have vlokken.

Absolutely love that name!! For my son & daughter, I had their names picked out as soon as I found out the gender.. I also went with parts of the name having close meaning.. Kamdyn Jacob Joseph is my sons name.
