Hi Jyotii, that wind chime piece is made out of sea shells. These kinda hanging pieces made out of sea shells and stuff are found mostly in Indonesia and here in Malaysia too. And chemist in Bali (rather Indonesia) are called Apotek or sometimes Farmasi (pharmacy)...nice haul by the way! 🙂

That wind chime is not made of acrylic, that's made of sea shell...i have similar chime bought from Elephanta cave outside vendor...you can find it in multiple designs and size outside elephanta cave Mumbai itself .😊
