I have over 20 years experience as a theatre nurse. Two of my favourite procedures to watch are a natural child birth and a caesarean section. What a journey indeed. My first two were 15 months apart and yes caesarean........fourteen years later a third baby also caesarean. Now 54,53,39 years old and I am a great grandmother for the first time. Life marches on but all the emotions you were telling about are the same for myself way back then. I never left our son until I went to deliver our daughter .......... what a whirlwind with two but so very fun having them close in age and so sweet, so so sweet. Congratulations and I was wishing for a little girl but thrilled Curiso

What a f... Emotional video ! That was absolutely lovely. 2 fav parts : when you clap hands, and say to eachother ily looking at eachother's eyes like teenagers and of course, undoubtedly when Crusoe sees mum and the baby, and you all 4 are a family together. Gosh I just found this! Thinking of your journey since 2020 you sure grabbed life with both arms and went for it. Married in Antartica by a penguin, built two stunning vans traversed Europe, America , UK and travelled to Jordan, along with Africa had two gorgeous boys, renovating a beautiful farm in Portugal, all in 2 years. You guys don’t do half measures or play small at all!! That’s no mean feat Newbys and more importantly says so much about you and John as life partners. Just WOW!!!

Congratulations on the birth of baby Sawyer, great name for another adventurer in the making! I knew it would be a boy, as I think John had a couple of slip-ups before his birth, and almost revealed it back in Portugal, when he said, " we are getting ready for the arrival of our new boy" , and then quickly changed it to "our newborn" ... but maybe that was just me hearing things! hahaha... thanks for sharing such a momentous and personal moment with so many of us, and we all look forward to watching the new adventures unfold! Crusoe's first meeting with his little brother was so touching, and shows how loving you all are as a family, as he had nothing but joy in his heart for Sawyer, even if he didn't want to take him home! @@TheNewbys I live in the deep Southi live in the Deep South, we see have extended families born to Love,never say no to casserole or BBQ I find that you have formed the same motto you are born to love and those little baby boys they’re gonna be surrounded by so much love and they are so fortunate you know that they say in the south that when you have children The children come to teach the parents and when you realize that then you can rest assured that you’re doing a very good job of parenting I wish y’all all the best
