At the hospital I work at, they train us to teach our parents to have their babies room in with them for atleast 6 months. So this is an amazing idea! Especially if you are breastfeeding family!

I love that you made part of your bedroom into a nursery. I did that with my 3 children. When my twin girls were born I was living in an apartment so it was perfect,when my son was born I lived in a house and he too shared a room with me. My girls got their own room at 3 yrs old,and my son at 4yrs old. I had no choice with my son because of where I was living. They all transitioned well when they got their own room. This worked out the best for breast-feeding and my school/work schedule. I love your taste in natural/earthy colors, also that you've remained organic throughout everything you do/use. You are so beautiful! God bless!

I actually really love this, and it makes me not feel bad about maybe not having the space to give my baby his or her own room. When we move I think it's more important that we need an office to work in. We definitely already discussed the baby staying with us in our bedroom at least for 6 months. So this tour is everything

I stilll get urges to steal them from their beds to cuddle with me!😭 Only thing that stops me is remembering how they sleep like wild turkeys now...elbows and feet everywhere🤣🤣🤣

I’m with you on the cosleeping! We have two, a boy 8,& a 2 year old girl. Our son had his bed in our room until just recently. He now sleeps in his room on the other side of the same floor our room is on. We tried at earlier ages, but he would get too scared and wake up in the middle of the night running into our room terrified and panicked. I didn’t want him to feel stressed out or afraid of bedtime, so we just put his toddler bed in our room until he was ready. I think the fact that we have a big house with a fair distance between our room and his room added to the fear factor. Now he sleeps in his bed with his door closed,but his curtains open for light without any problem! Our daughter sleeps with us, well curled up next to on my husband!!!

Alba this is very peaceful, serene, and cozy! I love it! And I agree. My husband and I had a nursery. However, we ended up putting a bassinet, changing table, and rocking chair in our bedroom. So, a separate nursery was unnecessary! Btw, my daughter is now 10 years old and she didn't sleep in her room until she was 5. lol!! Therefore, it was time to change from a nursery to a little (big) girl room! 😉

I’ve seen This before but watching again because I’m having my own babe in June and I’m needing some fresh inspiration to make room in our bedroom . The extra space we do have, we will use as a cozy play space and closet/ storage . I at first wanted 3 months bassinet and later transition to their own space but we don’t have an actual extra room, just extra square footage in the living room divided by a curtain in an indoor patio. As the days go by I find myself taking things out of our room, finding ways to maximize the space we have, and make it homey and less cramped .

You are so smart to have the baby in the room with you. It's not just for your peace of mind, but it is important for the well being of the baby. There's a great site called Evolutionary Parenting that explains the reasoning behind this. Also, it doesn't make sense that a baby would sleep alone lol.

Beautiful room. Tranquil space. Do you have wildlife outside that balcony? If so, make the walk in closet a crib nook and put a wardrobe where the crib is... Put the basinette on the wall with the baby seat... I had a bear climb in my apt window in the city. Never thought it would happen... Lost my front teeth falling down the steps trying to get away from the bear. Love the organized room! Good luck with the new babies!

I had both of my babies sleep in my room for the same reason. I wanted to see them, hear them breath, and it made breastfeeding so much easier. I feel like they slept better and longer because they also knew that I was there with them 🤗

My baby girl slept with us until she was 3. I didn’t co-sleep because our bed is not big enough but she did slept next to me until she was 8 months. After that she had her crib in our room and she had a cozy corner decorated and all. Once we transitioned her to her own room at 3 she did great and slept by herself since day one.

Great videos! I enjoy them all! I appreciate you sharing with us! Please talk about your personal experience/s with Dentistry, specifically “back molar extractions” and “Implants”. The materials use? The feeling of the implants in the gum? Does it feel like there’s a foreign object in the gum? I may have to extract two back molars on the same side, but researching what to replace them with. My body doesn’t necessarily do well with foreign objects, therefore, I’m a bit apprehensive, however, I don’t have many options, I have to replace them with something, or else my speech, and chewing abilities will be affected. Thanks in advance!
