Brilliant video guys. I've recently bought a number of these floats but I'm unsure with the hook lenths. Most waters I fish are 2ft to 5ft. I'm planning on setting them all up. When would you use more then 6inch hook lenths like 10/12inches? And is 6inch the new general hook lenths people use for most of float fishing tactics? Cheers martin

Your diagram at 3.44 shows that the Chianti has a 1.2mm hollow bristle . Des then goes on to say that it’s a solid cane bristle . Which is the true bristle material used ?

Sorry it is a typo, it is a solid cane that varies in diameter to suit the size of float.

whats with the ugly writing on the side of the float looks like a kid put stickers on it please go back to the old way the float info was done this would stop me purchasing them and my rig box if full of preston floats .....but all good things must come to an end its a shame i like the improvements you have made but you went to far with the colour coding
