Welcome to Taiwan & Happy New Year. If you’re interested, there’s a Canadian expat who moved from Japan to Taiwan with her Japanese husband a few years ago, maybe 3 years? She created content in her KZbin channel (layers of jenn?) to document her experience settling down in Taiwan. She also posted a lot of videos of her solo traveling around the island. She hardly updates her YT channel as of late, probably because she’s too busy being a full-time mom. Her channel might give you some tips on how to adjust and adapt to living, and traveling, in Taiwan.

Friendly locals here, just out of curiocity, what work will you be doing here in Taiwan? Like youve said, not everyday do we get to see a 9-5 foreigners here in Taipei other than recent college grads/English teachers.
