So happy for you two! Such is the modern world that I feel like I know you, when of course I don’t really know you at all (and you certainly don’t know me!). None of that changes the flood of happy feelings and best wishes I felt for you upon hearing/watching your announcement! My children are 26 and 28 now, but I remember that excited, anxious, feeling like it was yesterday. Enjoy every bit of it, and bank all of it in your memory. Everything happens from here forward faster than you expect. You probably won’t realize that in the moment, but in hindsight you will. So (unsolicited advice from a total stranger...), starting right now... as often as you can, slow down, live in the Lomé then Nd bank the experiences.

You now get to join a special club of people known as parents who get to enjoy a very powerful thing called Unconditional Love. That love for one’s children is unmatched in my opinion. Congratulations!!! Babies are one of the best gifts you could ever have. I am So happy to hear that! I had many babies and when my wife and I had our first if many they became the Greatest Treasures of our lives. We spent many years living aboard then sent to land. Think if we would have a Do over we would have stayed afloat. Life was much more rewarding in so many ways! Now the kids are grown Mom is in heaven and I look back and review the Treasure of Family First! Hope you two continue in the path that Almighty God has for you! And Sail On!
