BLEACHED FLOUR DOES NOT FEED SOURDOUGH VERY WELL. I do use the Sam's bread flour for my bread but not to feed starter. I use Gold medal unbleached. I do not buy any organic.

Great point! I feed mine with all purpose unbleached or einkorn. Both work great!

@Thetravelinghomesteaders i thought you might but that bread flour from Sam's works great. I have been using it for years and you cannot beat the price!!
