I am wondering why you dont have more subscribers . We love your videos . I think you should also show food you ate there and even what and how you prepare your meals .

That's nice to hear, thank you! I think perhaps at the start, the editing/filming just wasn't so good... but who knows really, the algorithm is a strange one. We just enjoy sharing our story. It was initially for family and friends, so anyone else who joins to follow along for the adventure is a massive bonus. We will make a mental note to show more food and cooking!

Porto looks amazing! So glad the engine was an easy fix, such an intimidating issue to be up against 🙂

what you've missed in Porto is hearing some fado live in a taverna.

We did say after we left that we thought we'd missed out on some good music. We shall have to head back there one day.

Your anchor didn't drag, or at least reset itself quickly with each change of current flow. Rolf the Explorer's Beneteau appears to have a Rocna Vulcan anchor. May I ask, what is your anchor? Thanks. Edit: p.s. the loveliest people we met were the couple in the boat we bumped into while docking at 5am in gale force winds in a very tricky marina in the UK. After checking that their boat wasn't holed, the lady asked, 'Were you out there in this weather? Oh you poor things.' She gave us both a big hug, which made us feel so much better. Well done on how you handled being rammed by Norwegians, albeit friendly ones. 🙂

"Rolf the Explorer's Beneteau" is what we shall refer to it as forever more! We have a 60lb CQR, which held so well throughout the craziness in the Med, but it seems to be giving us more grief lately. We dragged badly in Martinique, we'd been out all day and luckily got back onboard just 20 minutes before it happened, with no real reason as to why. We are looking to upgrade to a Mantus M1 if the bank balance allows. We always say that bad luck at anchor can happen to anyone (no matter how cautious and sensible), and only hope that when the day comes that we are the unlucky ones to inevitably drag far, if we do drag into another boat, they are understanding that it is an unfortunate occupational hazard! Yelling doesn't help anyone respond well in an already stressful situation 😅

Hi! We did indeed film it, and it was our first ever sailing episode... we think it came out pretty well, given how hard it was to film in that seastate. Here's the link 😊 kzbin.info/www/bejne/hmLTdZmPaNF3h7Msi=gvllD5m28f2lfLxn
