This is the problem with cheap retainers bro. If we don't charge them a high ticket service they will not find any value from you. If you charge 4k a month for the exact same thing you offered they will make decisions as fast as possible because they think that they need the 4k investment what they paid you back to their account by the end of that month.

In my college days, we did a entire ERP project for a client from scratch. We spend almost an entire semester on it,. Visited them more than 10 times. All our efforts got wasted due to the guy who we was reporting to found a cheaper service. We talked to the CEO ,explained everything achieved so far. We didn't have a proper contract that was the main mistake. We settled for a compensation which they never payed😅
