Takumi had a rough go there, and at least Shinobu fully helped him out, and, although it was delayed a year, it was great to see them finally start the process to get married, even if she looked a little shocked, it was as if you knew this would happen. As for Tabakari, well, he was lucky, too. Lucky he wasn't hit with ethics violations, theft of company property, intellectual theft, mismanagement, and maybe even fraud, either corporate or financial. Great going!!😊

Yeah, that's because he got caught. Instead of theft and espionage charges he gets "attempted theft" charges which are misdemeanors. That's a fine and probation. They should have called the police and had them waiting outside the building for him. Once he leaves the building all charges become felonies and he gets to become friends with "Bubba". Afterwards Tabakari & Yokoiri's action spread the news, it seems they're the worst now. All companies never trust them anymore, which lead their oen Companies got bankrupt. Sometimes Both of them lost everything, abandoned by their family since they became criminals. The two began quarreled about whose fault is. Tabakari angers and suddenly kicked a AI food delivery robot triggered the 911 called. They ran as they heard and one day Takumi heard the two of them already caught by the debt collectors, much to shinobu's chagrin & continue their date.

The way access control systems work is that any missing badge or card can instantly be cancelled, so a simple phone call to rhe security office would have prevented the bad guy from entering the restricted area as soon as the card was missed. A new card costs around half a dollar and can be made in less time than it takes to walk to the security office. A more realistic ending would be for the bad guy to steal the ID card, but discover it won't work without also entering a PIN code, and still be trying to get it to work when the good guys arrive. Good story, otherwise!

As much as I enjoyed the story there is no world where a company does R&D for something then has to turn over any part of that with the other party or a third party after breaking a contract just paying a termination fee. Never mind Tabakari being able to just walk around another companies offices. I'm usually able to let it go but this one doesn't make much sense. That said Shinobu best girl.
