So let me get this right: A toxic, entitled, asshole pretty much goes around, threatening people of smaller businesses That if they don’t basically become his servants, then he’s going to ruin their company. I never understand why people positions like this would abuse their power but another thing I don’t understand why they think they can get away with it. All it takes is one person to send a report to the higher ups, preferably with evidence and the next thing you know that dude/Lady is fired with no chance of getting hired anywhere else

AFTERMATH: One day Kuzuo got confronted by Ichijou who had him beaten for the abuse he had done on one of the company who try to made deal with the company he formerly work. Ichijou turn out to be friend with one of the employee family, and not happy with Kuzuo action of threatning and try to extort his victim. He is then taken to the Kyougoku headquarter and is force to work for them, where his salary are used to pay damage to all his victim, including Kazuya company who he mestreated aswel.

Well what the hell did he think would happen? Of course all of Kazuo’s actions would be brought to light and his victims would file a class action lawsuit against him! It’s truly sickening and disgustingly outrageous that this sort of thing and people like him actually believe they are untouchable just because they work for some big shot companies. And on top of that he was in coalition with a rival third party who paid him to ruin the business, well they should’ve also gotten heat for their involvement too!!

IRL Kuzuo would have gotten sacked after the first meeting with the subcontractor as meeting are always held at an office meaning surveillance camera. All the Subcontractor company's CEO has to do is send the video of the first meeting to Kuzuo's boss for him to get sacked as the last thing any company want is for someone within their company treating a subcontractor like trash. Also if discovered he was sabotaging the two companies' relationship by a rival company of the subcontractor and was being paid to do so after he got sacked then criminal charges can filed against Kuzuo for industrial sabotage and receiving bribe.

How disgusting and shameful that people like Kazuo are actually pulling this crap in real life and it’s only natural that he’d get in trouble for abusing his authority and power! And he didn’t even have such authority to say all that bs and threatening to cut ties with clients and honestly regardless of how busy your business associates are, it’s important to notify them when one of their employees are acting out and causing problems!!
