I think it's when parents actually talk to their babies/children rather than just baby noises I talked to my second like she was much older and her speech was much better and she picked it up faster than my first as I over babied by first as I was a young mum but I love watching how they raise Flynn

@@diannesulman its really fascinating when I had my children in preschool here in New Zealand I had to repeatedly ask them to talk in a normal tone voice so the could be heard a d understood clearly my youngest is now 7 she has already been put forward 2 years they wanted to put her forward again but I dont want her put to far forward as I'm worried about the effects it will have on her socially when she reaches high school aged things like not being able to get her license at the same time etc i was only put forward one year and I found it so difficult when I was at high school I was smaller I couldn't get a job when everyone else was couldn't get my driver's license didnt have boobs lol those sort of things are world ending when your a teen

I feel like Colleen sort of hopes she accidentally gets pregnant, I don't think she necessarily WANTS to get pregnant in the way where she is planning on getting pregnant or is actively TRYING to make it happen, but I think it is in a way like going sky diving. People will WANT to do it but they can be in that mindset where they don't want to have to CHOOSE it, to choose to step out of the plane, they just want to almost be pushed out and just in it and forced to deal when its already in motion and happening and just cope with it as it comes but it's a scary thing to willingly throw yourself into it when you have that fear. I think that might be how she sees pregnancy, something she wants, but is so scared of and traumatized by so she is scared to choose it so she is maybe subconsciously hoping it just happens without it having to be a conscious choice she has to make.

I use water with hot chocolate and then at a splash of milk once I stirred the powder in!!! It’s so good!

In the UK we mostly have "Instant" hot chocolate powder (same with coffee, y'all were late to the party with instant coffee when whipped coffee was a thing) so you just have to add water. I personally make a paste with a bit of milk and then add water as the little bit of milk makes it creamer. If you are going to use straight up hot milk most of us use cocoa powder instead.
