Petition to have Mr Brown on every podcast. He is hilarious and very insightful. As someone in my 50’s who started lifting when I was 14, I actually had magazines that had pictures of Mr Brown. Still lifting to this day and I’m healthier than dudes half my age. The power of resistance training will never be understated.

Mr Brown is an absolute gift to society. His tenacity and self confidence oozes amidst the boys' light-heartedly egging him on. His sincerity and wisdom anyone can tell is grounded from what life taught him. Him and his wife raised fine athletes and gentlemen. This may go down as the most important podcast ever! What John is saying is so true on so many levels. I'm 54 years old at 9 percent body fat, 6'2" 230 pounds. Any gym I walk into, people take notice. John is spot on about training, stick to the basics and perfect your form and technique and leave the rubber bands at home😂😂😂!
