Petition to have Mr Brown on every podcast. He is hilarious and very insightful. As someone in my 50’s who started lifting when I was 14, I actually had magazines that had pictures of Mr Brown. Still lifting to this day and I’m healthier than dudes half my age. The power of resistance training will never be understated.

His sincerity and wisdom anyone can tell is grounded from what life taught him. Him and his wife raised fine athletes and gentlemen.
