I love to see Addalee teaching Lexi sign language. Lexi did wonderful with her alphabet. I'm learning ASL for my new job at Deaf Child Hope International. We only help deaf children. 😊 Tell Addy there's a deaf Bible app for every verse in the Bible. There's also a Jesus movie coming out in the spring all in sign language. Deaf culture is a whole thing and fun to learn.🤟

Your girls might enjoy the God Loves Deaf Kids app. I have a deaf daughter and its been a huge blessing. Lots of asl Bible teaching, deaf culture, music, with voice over and fun for kids.

I love seeing how big the girls are getting. Maci seems so old now. I love how out of the girls she was the first to say candy and to hear her talking. She isn't a baby anymore. I was going to say I think it's great seeing Lexi learning ASL. I was going to college to be an ASL interpreter, but unfortunately things didn't work out and I had to quit college. Go Allie and Lexi! ❤

Good Job Allie and Lexi !!! My oldest Sister is deaf in one ear and hearing loss in the other. My youngest Son was Born with zero hearing. At 4 1/2 months old they were able to correct the problem. We were told to learn sign language. Our Son has a hearing loss in both years but it has never slowed him down. His eustachian tubes are straight not tilted. So fluid buildup behind his ears preventing his ear drums from working. He had 8 sets of tubes in his ears by the time he was 10 years old. At 3 years old his Right ear drum ruptured. My Moms best friends daughter was born totally deaf. She reads lips and sign language.

Every time I buy a Sourdough loaf or get sourdough biscuits somewhere, I think of the gold miners in the yukon. They survived off their sourdough starters. If something happened to it they literally faced starvation . Share that story with your daughters when they eat their sourdough biscuits .

I think so great your children learn another language. Lexi learning sign language is great. I hope she able to learn more than twice a week. Maybe have a school class on it. Find another person to teacher or resource like movie/ KZbin that uses and teach it. . Can learn more in a week span. Exposure is a key and practice to use a new language. This going to helpful in he future.

You might consider making kombucha. You need a SCOBY and some starter tea and it makes a healthy beverage, full of beneficial bacterial. I bottle the second ferment in sealing bottles, so it ends up being carbonated. SO much better than soda without the sugar.

The starter is the base. It's made from scratch. You can look up sourdough starter recipes online. Another mom I watch, Loepkkyslife, has a good one too.
