Hey Sam ! My recommendation stay at universal property . The cheapest is one of the endless summer resorts ! You get an hour “magic” time and just like everyone and their brother and their dog make the dash to hagrids ! Both times I did this I waited less than an hour and one time 45 mins which is the quickest I’ve ever seen it ! I do recommend getting there 15-20 mins before early entry as the closer you are to the front the better your chances !

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is my favourite part of Universal too! Love the super funny interactions with Dre Head on the Knight Bus! I cannot go on Forbidden Journey - it makes me so ill!

The hagrid ride is one of the best rides in Orlando, + Velocicoaster we rope dropped it, and that means 1 hour before early entry the bus from hotel(aventura) to park to stand front row at gate, and than they start running 🏃 to hagrid

Also waterpark volcano bay at universal was much better than expected! En the minions attraction was a blast! It’s like buzz lightyear only you stand still on a dot on a very slowly treadmill

Hi Sam , great to see the Harry Potter area of Universal . But I have to admit I'm not really much of a HP fan.... don't come for me everyone....cause I wouldn't know the difference from a Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor to a Hufflepuff??? 🙃😛🤔 lol Anyway, loved watching the vlog ( love the Minions 😜) great theming everywhere in Universal Studios. That area which resembles San Francisco is very cool & fun too. Diagon Alley is so stunning for sure, wow and a ride on Hogwarts Express! So thrilled for you to share it with your mum and that she loved it! x

Hi Sam. Love your mom and daughter trip. To get on haggrids (?). Is stay at one of their resorts. Get in line to go in one hour before the early line opens up and once in head straight over to the ride. It’s an amazing ride and you might want to get in line again the 2 nd time would be in the line for a longer time but still shorter before the park opens to others. Also when staying at the resorts you get free express pass which is completely worth the stay.

We stay at universal endless summer dockside well worth it for getting in to the parks earlier and it’s a lovely hotel . Love the videos x

I agree. I booked a pool view suite back in February. Because of the layout, it was very spacious like having two rooms instead of one. All at the fraction of the cost of other Universal Orlando resorts.

15:37 yes i am w u...i was OUT for the rest of the day after riding it. My head would not stop spinning n i felt sick to my stomach...I even closed my eyes on the ride to stop the sickness but it did not help. My daughter on the other hand ...was fine...go figure?

Rope Dropping Hagrid's is the best way and it will have the best wait time !!! It is worth it and don't give up because the line will look long but it will move fast. One of the best rides in Orlando IMHO -- Laura

Hard rock hotel is fun with unlimited express excluding hagrid's bike ride, visited Late Oct 2019.I went late afternoon and waited two hours, but I felt as I was with family and queue line is so well themed it felt ok, and ride was amazing, I sat on the bike, so cool. You can stay one night and get two days worth of unlimited express pass.
