I was there over Labor Day weekend, and the Death Eaters came out at 4:00 and 4:30. Look on the app because they weren't there Monday. They did their show, interacted with guests, and dueled many kids. I was thrilled because I didn't have HHN tickets, but still able to see them.

Pro-tip, if your interactive wand isn't working (like if it's dropped or broken) don't worry. Take it to Ollivander's in either park and they will "fix" it for you for free.

We are very interested in anything that has to do with Harry Potter when we go to Universal Orlando or Universal in California we almost always just go to the Harry Potter section and hardly even do anything else in the entire park. We are Just not interested.
