Hi, just a little tip for the upper floor structure. There should be columns on corners continuing all the way to the top of the upper floor wall top, from the ground floor to support the roof of the upper floor. Otherwise it's not stable. After the upper roof is done, all the weight of the roof will come to the walls and walls are not strong enough to carry the weight of the roof. So, there should be columns to carry that weight.

We've created new supports with deep foundations and metal structures to be able to create a strong house that can hold the slab! We feel so much more confident now having added this as before, in it's original state, was quite dangerous! Thanks for watching as always 🥰

If you planning to build finishings roof it will be high cost decision these days, try to put normal roof and then you can build ceiling underneath it using same wood structure. It will be more cost effective.
