Nice house! I Also own a beach house over by the Plaza where the Home Depot and Walmart are. You mentioned 60,000 expats per year moving to Rosarito? Can you tell me where you got that information. Funny enough I cut out a story about the negotiation because it was too long. TLDR is it was over our budget, but we loved the house, and the owner wanted us here, so we got it for well below market (if still a bit over our desired price point) - we're paying about $2500/month.
