I love how you always listen attentively to the girls when they speak. Everytime your daughter spoke you stopped to let her say what she wanted to say and I love that. It really does make a difference in children when they feel like their voice is important and they are treated that way. I am a teacher if you couldn't tell lol Edit: Maybe the "office" becomes the guest room...they don't need that much space lol Don't want anybody trying to move in lol Then the "guest room" you mentioned is either an office or the toy room that way you all can utilize that closet without disturbing the guest. I mean a bed and tv with a night stand is all they really need and a small closet because ain't nobody moving in lol

On that note the room at the front could serve as a formal dining area and it most definitely could be an office space!!! Sorry a gym would not look good at the front of a house like that, too much bulky equipment to look at.

I love the house it’s beautiful. I think the 1st room should be your office space because you will get to have your privacy. When you film you can close the doors without distractions & it would be a good place to film & run your business!

You will love the Gas top stove. It will distribute heat more efficiently and better than electric stove. It does cook faster than electric as well. You guys got a beautiful and spacious home.

Congratulations my loves…..use the downstairs room for your office space….make the small bedroom a GUEST Bedroom….so when your mom, or P and Jalaya come you can get twin beds in there….the lil coffee area, (I don’t drink coffee either, but I would have a lil keurig make with the lil stand for coffee and teas, I would make a hot chocolate bar…..you can decorate that area for Christmas with the lil villages, so many ways you can decorate…..Love the spaciousness of the house….Love you all Aunty Pam

I’d recommend allowing your husband to have the door stairs room as his gym since you were sharing how the smallest room upstairs could be your office or playroom . That way it works out for everybody.

For your protection and your girl’s safety I would probably put play room and your office upstairs . Just bc that room downstairs is closest to the front door, you want your kids to be safe as possible and you don’t want anything super important stolen in case of anything crazy happening (which we pray will not happen ). I remember watching Dre&Ken and they waited for a certain floor plan just so the kids wouldn’t be in the front of the house for safety reasons.

I was gonna say office until you showed the 1st bedroom upstairs🔥 I think that should be your film & beauty room / office because of the lighting. The lighting looks the best in that room. Plus that can be a nice office for you. I think the second bedroom with the smallest closet should be the guest room. Then the bigger room with the bigger closet should be Sky & Summer’s room since they’re sharing it. I think it’s a big enough space for both of their beds plus toys furniture etc. ~ Also sisss gas stove is wayyyy better than electric I’ve had both and where I’m at now is electric and I hate itttt lol you’ll see your food will taste even better! 💕 love the house tour I can’t wait for the decor/ fully furnished tour!
