I thought that when buying a home and selling, you can use multiple realtors if you want to. You are so patient, I don't want anything that limits my options.

@@sesethuntaphane3933 And I certainly wouldn't want you to limit your options either, Sesethu 😊You are more than welcome to interview as many Realtors as you'd like, prior to committing and signing a buyers or sellers agreement. In fact, I highly endorse you complete all the due diligence necessary. Once you've signed with a particular Agent however, you're working exclusively with them. And most of us do a great job of not stepping on one another's toes, if that's the case. I try my best to be informed, accessible and yes, patient with my clients. These sorts of transactions are life changing and you want to be a resource and not a burden to the families you serve. I would say that a great Realtor will help you to expand options and keep an open mind about situations and scenarios. I wouldn't be frightened when it comes to limiting preferences. My role as a Broker is to magnify the small details and highlight or mitigate any concerns, so that your RE transaction runs as smooth as it possibly can 💛💛If you or anyone reading this is looking for a RE Agent like that - my information is always in the description 😉🏡

Lovely home. The only thing I would change is all of the gold finishings to chrome/silver, switch out a couple of the light fixtures, and add an elevator, threater room, gym, sauna and move the AC unit, placing housing around it. I would probably switch out the wood later down the line.

The only thing i didnt like is how close it is to the neighbors. That second primary bathroom is amazing but wouldn't be able to enjoy the tub with the windows giving full view to neighbors. I wished it was surrounded by trees ir spaced out some more

Wish that were true, Raegan, but RE is all about location. And that's no matter what state or major market you're in. This home is huge and close to Uptown CLT. Many people are willing to pay a premium for that scenario.

The sad thing is both of you are correct! This house is not worthy of the price tag of 2.5 million BUT this is how the game is being played right now. I paid 3.3 million for mine (I’m in Charlotte too) but I have 9,000 square feet on almost 7 acres. Mine was well worth the money. It’s madness how they are getting people these days. I’ve found that they mostly get away with this nonsense when it’s “new construction”

With infill, it's simply a matter of what the builder had to pay for the land. That will always determine the price they set for the finished product. And yes ... some of that is a complete upcharge 💰

Truly wish that the case, Reesie but location of the dirt always dictates the value of the home. This one happens to be just minutes from Uptown CLT and in quite the desirable area. People will pay for that. Not to mention, most who can afford these sorts of homes probably have a bit more saved away for rainy days.

Congrats on your move! And I don't disagree on either point. Yes, CLT is a hot real estate market. And yes, the traffic can leave a bit to be desired in certain areas. The thing is, though, folks will continue to move to NC and the Metro in particular. It's just a desirable city.
