@AlexG-zw4yk easy to say when it's not you. I've been working my ass off since I was 15, I'm almost 40, and in no better position than I was when I was 15. Hard work doesn't change anything, the only thing that matters is either having money already, or knowing people who do. If you don't have either of those, it doesn't matter what you do. That's just how the world is set up to work.

Im a roofing contractor and you can coat that roof with silicone or do an overlay if it only has 1 existing layer.. there are options to save $$$. Also, make sure it is a reflective cool roof to help with the heat (those are mandatory in Ca) and wont cost any extra. Also, make sire they add at least 1” of polyiso if not 2” and it will reduce heating and cooling costs on your building and ensure your units aren’t working so hard. If I was closer i would get you set up right!!
@frequentrage380615 күн бұрын
How long does that last in comparison to laying a new roof?
@skFriberg15 күн бұрын
Bro, a 40 year old roof and you want to just put silicone all over it? Ripping it all up ensures it'll be good for many, MANY years.
@adamcoronado544715 күн бұрын
If you properly inspect the existing roof & its in decent shape you can apply 3 gallons per 10 x 10 area of silicone with a good primer and get 20 years out of it. I do it all the time.!

Cora is doing amazing on the pit bike! Its fun to watch someone learn, especially because it seems like her idea. The throttle should have a spot to insert a longer screw that will govern the throttle so she wont go as fast but The main issue shes having is that she learned to ride quads first. The difference between thumb throttle and twist throttle, the balancing, not having to be as precise with your foot placement. Keep her off the quads for a week or two and only on a bike and she will be dialed. No training wheels needed!

Roman im a certified technician for HVAC. I can tell you right now charging up those systems is like patching a broken leg. Theres a leak somewhere. Those units do look old and are most likely at the end of their life span. Package units aren’t too expensive. Depending on the ton. They’re the easiest to install compared to split systems. While you’re at it check your duct work. Bad roof usually lead to leaks and your ducts may be rusted. Trane isn’t necessarily an option you have to pick, they have other brands that are great. R10a is the new freon. R22 has been discontinued.

I disagree. By not having the training wheels she is learning that she can’t just full send it, she has to be a little bit cautious otherwise she’ll get hurt. Kids need to be exposed to an element of risk to be able to learn what can happen if they’re not careful. I think the tears are more of frustration than actually hurting herself, she’s a tough cookie!
