Andy, take it from somebody who is a big coward himself, Halloween horror nights isn’t that scary. The mazes are fun but not very scary at all because of the silly effects and the jump scares aren’t bad either because they’re all very predictable. I used to be extremely scared of going to horror nights because I thought it would be too scary but I went 2 years ago and was honestly disappointed. You should definitely go if the crew does end up going.

I normally tease Mike for how he spends money but big ups to my man for going above and beyond when tipping delivery drivers. 20% of $53 would be $13.25, I guarantee he made that person's day by adding an extra $2.75.

Tipping culture in the US sounds insane. Here in Aus we only tip if the food or service was exceptional. And I mean exceptional. But I think our wages are a lot higher than yours. So I guess it means you guys are effectively subsidising your servers rather than the workplace handling that. 🤷🏻‍♂️

As someone who works as a server at a pizza place, it's hilarious to hear Nick talk about tipping cuz soooo many customers are like that!! Like, I'll be grabbing stuff for them to go and I see they have cash in their hands, but they wait until they have my full attention again before dropping the tip in the jar. They need to be noticed, and it's just so funny 😂😂😂

The tipping thing is annoying yes, but i see it as giving to the people who actually worked on the stuff I got than all the profit going to the top from the item I got itself

Some businesses take the tips and put them together and evenly distribute them amongst all of the workers. Also some businesses only give part of the tips to the workers and keep the rest. All of this is easier to do when people pay with cards. The service industry is very exploitative. That’s why it’s important to pay people proper wages with good benefits and get rid of tipping like in most European countries.
