I'm goan and would suggest that if you seek night life u should visit north goa ( specifically titos lane ) cos there is little to no nightlife in south goa . but if you plan to visit in december then there are a few big concerts that are held in the south

If you have'nt visited the pristine beaches of Benaulim, Mobor/Cavelossim and Arrosim, you have'nt really visited South Goa ! Next come Palolem, Cola etc. Poor choice of beaches selected for South Goa visit !
