I'd be in a bit of a panic too Jake. They're so cute. The mama duck probably felt too vulnerable in the big pond. Maybe build a floating house and they'll be safer. Well a creepy snake might get them. I'm sure you'll do what your Uncle Lester does to snakes in his pond. He sends them to the sweet by and by!

Anytime you relocate a duck, you have to keep them enclosed for at least a week or they won't know where home is. They're probably gone

Jake just remember (I'm sure you already know) there is a reason LE has to give away the ducks. They're sneaky and can have very large clutches as you can see. If those babies make it to adulthood and half are female 😵‍💫. Ducks are cute though. Whatever you do if you're asked if .... "Hey do you want some cute adorable baby geese?" Jake when you introduce new animals you should keep them penned up for 1 to 3 days. This gives them time to acclimate to their new home location. I would put out some food near the pond.

I´m so happy that you took mom as well. The ducklings are to small to stay on the water for a long time. They do not produce the grease the adult ducks produce to keep their feathers dry. They need a place to warm up after a short swim. Perhaps put some straw out for them or even better a little hut with a heating lamp?

Dear Jake, I understand you do want ducks and things for that pond. You need to go slower though maybe you should check out Brooke from Mrs. Coghill. They feed their ducks in a pool a plastic one that has the sides cut to where they can get in there and get the seeds And she starts them out in like a little house till they get big enough. Those babies are awfully small, but I think right now they’re just hiding in the tall grass. They gotta hide from the predators. Ask your uncle Lester about Coghill. And good luck on honey Hill. ❤ love the property you’ve been working so hard. It’s coming a long way. Hope you can get the house situated. I read on other videos about possibly moving the house Morrow Hill. It’s not a bad idea as spastics can get very expensive to get rid of thanks for sharing the videos. We all love you very much. ❤
