a lot of the animals dont show a diffference in looks when buying. but they each have their own personalities/needs. like one could be lazy and one could be dirtier. around 48:00 i think the lights over the doors may be too high and considered on the 2nd floor.

Loved this video! When we got calves that were destined for food we always named them cuts of meat; T-bone, hamburger and sirloin. Kept us kids from getting too attached. You should build a pen off the back barn doors so the animals can go in and out but still stay in one area. Can you build a chicken coop? That would be cool. Would be even better if they could add more poultry, like ducks geese and especially turkeys and have the variants as the different turkey breeds. I have a Spanish black turkey that acts like a dog.

The animals are always so well done in this game, with small details that seem so true to life. (And I’m so happy there are no rabbits for the farm but only as pets. That was great to see.) Like they could have easily made this a bare bones update but it’s clearly not. Being able to make your own buildings could have been an update on its own or even something they held back for the next game, but instead it’s here, and it looks awesome. And the new tools like the hook shot are so cool, and so unexpected. I couldn’t be happier to see all of this. 💖 Small note about the lights in the barn, I think the first two were so high up on the wall they technically counted as the second floor, so the light switch wouldn’t work for them. Kinda like how the window you had to add only showed up once you were on that second level even though the same wall is in both rooms. So you’d probably have to add light switches upstairs for those. That’s just a guess, though.
