A small tip that helped my partner system that my system also does! If a journal seems like a big task to you, maybe consider getting one that can fit in your pocket. It makes it seem like a much smaller thing to do, and it's easier to carry arround. You have to replace them more often (especially with how much writing our system does) but it can help! Maybe you can even start with larger journals later!

Recently we just found out about the app Simply Plural and it's awesome! It's designed for systems!!! Features include bios, switch tracking, perfect privacy settings and ability to friend other people with the app so friends and family can see who you've logged as fronting (if you're privacy is set that way - and you can make it so only certain people can see who's fronting and also you can keep some specific alter's info and fronts private too!!!) It's truly incredible to find we finally have an app made for systems!! 🥳

Another pluralkit thing is that you can autoproxy messages using: front, latch (Proxies), or a member. The command is: pk;autoproxy [front, latch, member name/id] or short form: pk;ap [f (front), l (latch), id/name]

Serif sounds interesting, sometimes I can't sort something out until I write or type it and I have a journal but obviously I can't bring that everywhere with me :(

One thing that we found that works pretty well (with some modification) is toggl. It can be used for switch tracking across any electronic device you can think of. While it isn't perfect, it has a really nice interface and can be really informative and helpful for tracking switches and the fact that it syncs to any device makes tracking super easy. -Katie.

This video was fantastic! And so practical. I’m not certain whether you all are gamers, but I was wondering what you thought about the potentially therapeutic use of video games in a DID/OSDD context (I’m sure you’ve seen many systems use games like the Sims and Minecraft). Could this be seen as a form of art therapy?

Yes! It absolutely could be seen as a form of art therapy, especially when building/imagining inner worlds - in fact, our therapist recommended it once!

We have yet to be able to figure out how to use the pluralkit proxies and stuff.

We can't figure out the proxy either. I've set each if us up with one but it doesn't seem to actually change the icon or anything

Okay so I figured it out. In a direct message I set up all of my alters with plural kit. Then when I went into the server I added plural kit to and used the proxy I set up for each member in my case I used j:text it worked, however it is case sensitive so be aware of that
