Thanks for the recipes, they all look delicious! The recipe where you put the lemon juice in sweetened condensed milk then add the pineapples, cool whip, marshmallows and pecans, we do the same, but instead of pineapple, we add a large can of cherry pie filling, and leave out the marshmallows then pour it in a graham cracker crust and freeze it at least overnight. It makes a pie that tastes like cherry pecan ice cream, it is sooooo good. It can be eaten frozen or slightly thawed, my kids like it best frozen, it is one of their favorite Christmas desserts and it also looks pretty for the holidays since it is red (actually sort of pink )🤣.We have been making that for years, one year nobody thought to make it and we actually had children from several of our families crying over that even though we had tons of other desserts. So, now we always make sure someone makes it. 🤣

We make that pineapple marshmallow & pecan topping with cherry pie filling and chill and serve as a sweet salad. We call it “Pink Stuff”!
