Gout is 100% diet related. Some people can’t break down purines when eating red meat, and seafood. Alcohol is a big one too. If you want to accelerate arthritis in your toe and have permanent pain when walking, do what wombat did and stress that toe out.

I listened to the show. I have a lot of thoughts and the show was so great! Most of my thoughts are like: shipwreck says “he spends money” Wtf no discussion of wasteful spending? I just can’t comprehend it. 2: shipwreck listens to music during the podcast? In other words: he’s in the spectrum?! Or just incredibly rude!!? 3. He’s a guy. Not a nice guy. 4.
