Need to try The Waters (7 pools), The Haven ( the largest saltwater pool in Thailand) ; both in Khao Lak and The Thavorn beach village hotel (lagoon pool), near Kamala. The Sawasdee Village at Kata like a fairytale (all the hotel not only the pools).

Now, Fantasia Lagoon Water Park at The Mall Lifestore Bang Khae is closed for repairs and it is not certain whether it will reopen. I recommend Siam Park as the largest water park in Thailand. You can get there by BTS Pink Line. I really like your vlog.
