It’s been great following the journey from SA, where I also have a couple of short term rental units. I think you’re just not playing with the algorithm, if you made silly promises of ‘doubling’ your income you’re be pushed forward, this is an underrated channel, it’s been very helpful.

We had just watched your video about replacement cleaners and then at midnight before two of our houses have same day turns our cleaner texted us saying she physically couldn’t clean anymore, to Top it off we are out of the country this week. Hi Guys! I’ve been following your channel and watching your videos for a while now. I’m currently a host in Florida, and I visited Joshua tree the month of January to scope the area. I’m a national park lover so I appreciate the area for what it is but it seems to only drive a specific clientele… “Granola people” like myself haha. I wasn’t going to comment but I feel compelled too because I think you both have the right mindset for this kind of conversation. Would you ever consider investing in a state with a higher profitable rate? I think you both have incredible drive, creativity and mindset. However it mind blows me when I hear your numbers.. I know we’re comparing completely different markets here but I think your investments and creativity would thrive elsewhere. Just some food for thought 😊

When I’m shopping for air bnb , I look for a shower only I just don’t like tub/shower combos anymore I can’t wait to change my guest bath to shower only too I have a separate tub w jets and rarely use that plus I’d rather just use a hot tub if I want a relaxing tub , after a shower Good plan to change that Similar to the shower at the house that you helped on the design network (starbreaker ranch) that would be great for your bathroom.

C'mom Michael. The bottom of the cabinet is some sort ot finish board and should not be there. Weird. IDK why they did that, but I would pull it down and see what ya got. Not normally what the base of the cabinet looks like.

Sorry to hear your KZbin views went down. I still think Airbnb investing is interesting, but I don't have time to watch any videos over 10 to 15 minutes in length. There's a couple videos you put out that I won't even open because they are too long. I watched this one because the length was just right. Really goes for any video on KZbin. Obviously that's just my opinion since maybe there's people that only watch long videos and skip the shorter ones.

Maybe try uploading earlier. On the east coast your video doesn’t come out until after 9pm. Maybe the algorithm will push you out more with an earlier upload time.
