As a coach used to say and I say this with respect to the coach staff. The coach may send you home to you your parents but wherever you go or whomever house just be to me on time in full uniform from head to toe. If you go to your aunt uncle grandparents or wherever you go which I have no control over just please be to me on time. I don't run you ladies but you do cheer for me and just want everyone on time is all. I can't tell you where not to go or where to go because I am not your parents that's their job. As long as they show up in uniform attire that's all that matters. Just because you send someone child home doesn't always mean they will be home. I know some adults will say that to you as well. We have to be very mindful of somethings that these young ladies aren't our children we can't get upset at them for the parents allowing them to go as they please. I'm not knocking you coaches but just want to tell you that part. I love you guys I do but you can never tell a parent where you want the girls to be at it's up to the parents not us as coaches. A friend always told her girls this that is why she always got respect and love.

That part about her going to see her boyfriend instead of staying home didn’t sit well with me and the fact that you asked her about not seeing her boyfriend for 24 hours caught my attention, I know times have changed and there is Covid-19, however I once was a teen myself and I understand things are hard juggling school,extracurricular activities being with family etc you have to also consider her boyfriends activities and consider the fact that with those activities they might not get see each other as much, I mean there is FaceTime etc now but seeing him physically is better. I get Laila was wrong and there is Covid and she went to his house the night before a performance and could’ve exposed herself and teammates but you could’ve went about it in a nicer way than you did, I never had someone tell me what I could and couldn’t do the night before I performed long as I showed up looking good and ready to perform

I see where you're coming from, but whatever Laila does with her boyfriend has nothing to do with the coaches. Laila was not wrong whatsoever, as long as she got a good nights rest and showed up to show out, there shouldn't have been a problem. Plus everyone there is at risk at getting covid and spreading covid no matter if they go out or night. That's because they might have siblings or parents that go out and risk them getting covid, either it would've happened. If Laila's mom let her see her boyfriend, then there's nothing wrong, cause she was allowed.

I love the video but I do think the Laila situation didn’t need to be on the internet. I understand if her mom didn’t know where she was and she was supposed to be there. But if her mom knew where she was I don’t think it should matter to the coaches. Laila came, hair did nice, and on time soooo I don’t see anything wrong with having fun. But I didn’t see the WHOLE situation

They should have taken that one girl out of the back walk overs….she has it but flips over slower than everybody else and it’s very noticeable
@SweetTartLuv3 жыл бұрын
She’s the one who needed tough love. Girl been working on that back walkover for more than a year and still sloppy with it. I can’t believe they actually let her perform with the other girls she was super slow smh.

Y’all and these comments 😂😂😂 idk which one I wanna comment on but whew I seen this performance on Patreon and it wasn’t this whole upload. It was only them performing. So if I’m paying $3 a month why can’t I get the FULL video ? And you telling Lalia where she can and can’t go after practice it’s a little weird to me. I wouldn’t even have explained myself to you. If it doesn’t have anything to do with CHEERLEADING. Don’t worry about it. I can see if she was out her running wild with him but I doubt she is. And if you was REALLY concerned for her that conversation should have happened off camera. You and her speak one on one. If you really worried about what she does after practice. And after watching the video on Patreon I notice Lalia was a little aggravated. I seen it all on her face. I was wondering what happened. Then y’all be mad because people be having to say so much in the comments but then y’all show stuff that shouldn’t be on camera in the first place. If I was her mother y’all would have got CHECKED on camera ..

maam...explain your problem with a girl who showed up on time and was able to acomadate to what changed. also wtf did smt she did by herself to herself physically hurt you? and it dont matter that she went to her boyfriends instead of going home. my main issue is that yall just HAD to record that like you at least could have recored smt else. and one more thing. in what world do you think its okay for you to control that girls life out of cheer unless she is hurting herself, others or is making hands down the worst choices in the world? honestly i would LOVE to know.

There seems to be a thin line between strong coaching and toxic coaching! Why beat these kids up publicly? Coach, you should not put that child’s social affairs and your reprimand on public display. Now, strangers and predators see her and know that she dates. You are to protect the kids in your care. You are wrong to be mad abt the kids asking questions that their parents asked them to ask! Which location? If the address was in the details, they wouldn’t need to ask. Asking which location is a reasonable question that structured adults ask! Changing the hairstyles at the last minute, is not a kid problem! It’s a coaching problem, especially if a child doesn’t get the message or have someone who can change the style. When last minute changes are made, grace must accompany the rest. Do well your entire lives Young Ladies! We’re rooting for the Team!

what you do the day before competition can sometimes affect the way you compete. ill say if they were at a hotel or something and she went out with her bf. the only thing they could possibly say it watch what you do the day before be in bed at a reasonable time.

It’s the fact that you putting their personal business out there when it shouldn’t be. You recommended that they go home but if her mother said she can go then you shouldn’t have a problem she showed up on time and everything. If you was going to cut her from preforming then you should’ve cut the girl who couldn’t do the back walk over y’all pick and choose who to embarrass and it’s not right. They have a life outside of cheer also. As you bring the coach her personal life has nothing to do with you.

Like I get where Coach T is coming from though y’all know she OLD SCHOOL but that talk with Laila was not meant for the cameras to see that talk should of been very personal but the person behind the camera was all in the conversation some things should not be on camera and that situation was 1 and then on top of it all some of the girls don’t have all the things they were supposed to bring but that Laila gone make sure she gets whatever is done in a timely manner so y’all should of been going off like y’all do in other time cause that was the most important thing is not have all the things they need for the competition shooo they probably the ones that didn’t get no rest 🤷🏽♀️ folks anxiety hits different for all of us when we have a lot on our minds ..this one video didn’t sit right with my soul frfr but I know they killed it when they hit that stage! That’s just like a police officer pulling you over for no reason just to find a reason 🤦🏾♀️🥴

& if i was laila I would’ve left this team , she acting like she’s her mother or father the “coach” to reminds her self that she’s an “ coach” NOT LAILA MOTHER . she can’t tell that girl what to do outside of cheer practice . that ruin my whole mood whenever she did her like that. they need better coach’s if you ask me.
