ok so this is for indiana. i just want to thank you so much. i remember watching chicken girls and seeing rooney and stephanie’s relationship. i was in such a terrible place mentally, and was terrified of admitting the fact that i was bi. seeing that representation changed everything for me. i look up to you so much and seeing that relationship made me realize that i wasn’t a bad person because of who i love. also, you’ve just been such a role model for me and seeing you talk about your experiences with mental health really helps me deal with my own problems. i love all of you guys so much and this podcast is the highlight of my week!!❤️

Not out here trying to pursue him or anything. Or sound thirsty or anything but I love Zach's personality. He is super smart, witty, funny, and handsome. I could see myself with someone like him. I like the idea of the ice-skating and hand holding that'd work on me. Especially if a guy took me skiing or snowboarding I'd be tryna hold his hand or hold onto him somehow. He seems like a good balance of sweet and good leadership skills. I like Indie she seems like a very cool guy's girl. I love Jared he is a traditional nice guy. Zach can be really sweet also but there is differently some spice there.

I just want to say I can relate 100% to what indi was saying and I’m so happy she spoke about it because I’ve been exposed to death from the age of 5- now which is 14 and I’ve had to say goodbye to my Nan a lot of times due to cancer. unfortunately we did loose her last month but hearing indi talk helped me realise I’m not alone ily loads stay strong ❤️❤️

My mental health is really really awful right now, I go to a counselor I’ve only been a couple times. It was really scary, and so far it hasn’t helped a lot. Covid has made it so much worse, my depression is so bad. No one really knows. I feel alone, and it’s really scary. My anxiety is horrible as well. I cry more than anyone actually knows. I like helping people and everyone always tells me they always see me smiling and laughing, but honestly on the inside I’m dying my mind is crumbling my heart is breaking. I smile to other people because I know how freaking hard it is to feel completely numb. My brother is my best friend and he left for the navy end basic training 9 weeks ago. He is going into an incredibly incredibly dangerous job. And it terrifies me that something is gonna happen to him. I’m not sure when I can see him again. Also last year my grandma was diagnosed with terminal stage 4 cancer and she passed away 13 days later. I didn’t have enough closure and I never got to fully say goodbye. During that my brother was there for me when I was breaking down. But now when I mentally can’t take it anymore and I feel like I’ve come to my breaking point he’s not there and it sucks. Through all this I lost a lot of friends. I wasn’t invited to anything with them because they didn’t want me there. I go to a really small school, less then 200 9-12 graders and it’s so hard. 50 or so kids in my class and so yeah my life really sucks right now, and no one really truly knows to what extent I’m feeling. I love you so much indi and everyone else struggling. Y’all are so strong and we will get through this together. Please I beg you don’t give up you deserve the world and so much better than how your feeling right now. You are all beautiful and so sooo worth it!! Also indi I can’t even imagaine how much that took out of you to feel comfortable enough to talk about mental health on the podcast. It’s really good to know that we aren’t in this alone and there’s other people that are going through the same things. Thanks for opening up and talking about it, you’re an amazing person and I love you soo much❤️😘

As someone who has done therapy I can recommend it. Not just finding solutions but also just to pour everything out and not to feel like one is just caring about oneself. Because sometimes one has to put oneself 1st. And going to therapy is maybe not always necessary but if the thing bothering you is affecting your Education, Career or just generally something that is very important to you, I generally believe that it's important to go. Sometimes it's easier to open up to people you don't have anything to do with outside of the therapy.

@Indiana Massara I've no clue but I feel like I relate a lot with Indi. Being a teenager, people put a lot of stress on me and I'm a really emotional person; being strong is reallyy hard for me. This podcast was pretty deep as a part of this podcast was really relatable to me!! I've loved this podcast since day 1 and #13 podcast was something that some people don't voice up but every single person goes through a mental break down at some point in life.

I know exactly how Indi feels with her grandfather. I lost my grandfather 3 years ago to esophageal cancer and last year learned that my grandmother had breast cancer. My mom recently told me that neither of them wanted to tell me and my brother about either of their cancers. It really suck but I was in school almost all the time. I also recently started remembering every single time something big happened. Like I remember the exact day my parents told us that my grandfather had cancer and the exact day he passed away. Including the times the doctors would say he has 1 year to live and then that changing to 6 month, them to 3 month until it was only a week. He also passed away three days before my brothers birthday :(
