Rhaze is very strong. She can already move around same day she gave birth. In my experience, it takes me days before I can move confidently. Again, congratulations! Welcome to the world, Isla.

Other parts of the world are more aggressive with recovery. I gave birth in a military hospital in the US and was ordered to walk as soon as I can (within 24 hrs) to prevent blood clots- I even had a csection. I was by myself too because my husband was deployed and flight was delayed. My active duty friend, who was single, told me she drove herself to the hospital while in early stages of labor and drove herself back home by herself again with her baby the second day. Not all, but mothers are tough when the situation calls for it :).

Me too! I can't move and felt really really sleepy even after sleeping for many hours. And as soon as I heard my baby cried, when the doctor said "okay you can sleep already" then in just seconds I fell asleep. Geez

I just gave birth on October 6 via repeat c-section after 12 years and I also had to get up to move and walk around the same day I had my surgery. It is encouraged to speed the c-section recovery and also to reduce the risk of blood clots.👍🏼

Relate much sis. Yung Midwife ko nga tinulungan na agad ako maligo. Pde din mglakad2 mgnda daw yun pra sa ugat sa legs. Iwas varicose veins.Haha. Unlike sa pinas bawal maligo kahit may dugo ka at sticky. Kasi diba baka daw mabinat o mahanginan😶
