This is why she’s completely fine even though she’s in flasks right now in the game. This happens to be because Ethan Is ALSO a Mold person, though he’s just infected. He technically died years ago, in the Bakers’ house when Jack stomped on his head, that killed him. He’s just so infected with Mold, and took so well to it, that he can heal really powerfully. He had these abilities when Rose was conceived, and that’s why she’s the way she is now. Hope that clears it up.
