there is a mod called "relationship finder and fixer" by kestrellyn on mod the sims that you can use to fix sims getting random love/engagement/marriage flags towards sims they've never met! it's a really weird glitch that happens for some reason, i wish i knew why. anyways, i love this let's play & your custom uni looks stunning!

Your custom uni looks great. Lilith and Dirk staying together is adorable. They really suit each other. Growing up together through the loss of Dirk's mum and Lilith's family troubles would make them close. Maybe Daniel saw himself in Dustin lol.

Love the uni hood, it's beautiful, and so is your Pleasantview - it's really taking shape! ❤ Loved seeing Dustin paired up with someone new and exciting- I personally just can't see him and Angela together. The game randomly assigning relationships to sims is a known issue for many players, but I only recently found out about it as well. I saw that you already received a tip on a mod to fix it - I tried it not long ago and it seems to do the trick. BellaDovah and I have a theory it might have to do with Mootilda's hood checker "fixing relationships" but it's not in any way confirmed.

In my Pleasantview Dustin is very good friends with Lilith and Dirk with Angela. And I didn’t make them do that. They just keep bringing the “wrong” twin home from school 😅 I don’t know if you already have this mod but it’s worth mentioning. There’s a mod that fixes the sims wanting to go to that exercise bike all the time. It’s good to have.

Usually they all become very close friends but Dustin's attitude this time around is so alien to me. I've never had him so obsessed with multiple women before and I fear he may try go after Lilith next 😂 Thank you for the suggestion, I will for sure look for that mod!

Very late to the party but the manual way to fix the random engagement bug is to look in SREL's in simPE and just tap the down arrow through the relationships your sim has until you see the engagement flag checked, uncheck it, and do the same for the sim they were tied to
