The apartments are all nice but it’s just continued money down the drain in the long run. I feel like you guys should get an old semi fixer upper where u can live in yet add your own character slowly and at your own price!! Invest in yourselves and buy a property good luck on the search!

Very smart decision to look at apartments until you find the home you want and wait till after the election to see what it does for housing.

Why not just renew your current lease? I understand they increased it, but moving costs a lot of money. Movers, boxes, new items for the new place, changing utilities…. And your time! If you went month to month for 2-3 months it would likely be cheaper than moving.

They explained why in the video. Not just the increased leasing price, yet also wanting a change and more space. And Bobby is very familiar with the moving process, having moved many times while he lived in California. Then when he moved from California to Tennessee. They've taken these things into consideration and decided they want to move to a new place.

@@Therealstubetube Again, they took all that into consideration before making this decision for themselves. They did not enter this decision lightly without thinking through their options on what would be best for themselves. And considering that Bobby used to live in California where everything is expensive, and they had originally planned on buying a house in Tennessee, the cost of a move for them isn't their main concern.

​@@Therealstubetube The reason I know all this is because I actually pay attention and listen to what they have to say in their vlogs. I know this because I respect their decisions as the adults they are who are making a decision for themselves. And I know this since I have been watching Bobby's vlogs for years and know that he has demonstrated that he is a responsible person when it comes to life decisions. And from what I have learned of Isabelle, she is the same way, when it comes to making major life decisions. Bottom line is, this is their life, their decision, not yours. Respect it and them, and move on.
