Hello Ruth. Well, we bought this house three years ago, so the value is not the same amount as when we bought it. The costs will not be relevant now, but it was in the mid 500s. As for down payments, it depends on what you can afford. You can start with the minimum, which is 5% or 20% or 35%, depending on what you can afford. Thanks for watching and subscribing 🤗

As i love to go to Canada and have my iwn house etc so i mostly watch videos of houses in canada today your videos come to my screen so i just clicked and thought its same as other houses but I watch your first home tour videos and the remaining i was looking for and now i have watch this one too. So its just amazing soecially the Basement Decorations. Overall your house is wonderfully decorated and painting the Arts the decorations is just amazing. About Basement as its not interesting place for living because its basement but you have decorated it as To leave the second floor and just live in basement. So cozy Here I wished for gaving my own dream house in Canada.😊

Hello Hussein. There are different pathways to relocating to Canada. Job experience is important if you want to come through the work permit route. Please take out time and go through the IRCC website to go through different options and decide which one suits your situation. Coming through studies/scholarship will be the most suitable if you ask me, but you know your situation better and have to take that decision yourself. Also, if you have any kind of experience at all , even volunteer or intern jobs in your field, you can add that as experience while applying to schools. All the best. Thanks for watching.
