Your house is so beautiful. I love the golden faucet, the flooring design, oh my gosh I love the pantry. Then the family flex room instead of the balcony is the perfect. The amount of natural light in the family room is amazing. Plenty storage spaces. The faux plants are beautiful ❤. The children’s closet is the bomb. Your huge backyard is wonderful for kids to play. Thank you so much! I appreciate your comment. This floor plan on a standard lot is currently starting at $630,000 with upgrades similar to ours, it will be cutting close to $700,000. On a bigger lot size like ours, it's currently starting at $730,000 and with similar upgrades, it will be close to $800,000. I hope you find this helpful.

Very beautiful congratulations! Consider adding LED pot lights in the living room for brighter light. It’s very worth it. The cabinets still look good without being raised. People raise them also because they don’t want dust accumulating on the top.

Congrats on your new home. It's beautiful. The bonus/recreational room is also much better than having a veranda. The veranda would be a waste of space in winter, and I have never seen anyone on a veranda even in summer. People would rather hide behind walls or use the deck in the yard. Lol. Ps: your accent is beautiful.
