What an amazing rendition of this Radiohead classic. Thank you Robert for this awesome suggestion! These growls are incredible and the way she pulls and stretches some of the lyrics around. Haley's runs were insane and probably my favorite style of this now. Haley showed her crazy range of skills and sounds all throughout this song.
We really appreciate all of you spending a few moments with us in our little bit of free time that we get =,D I hope everyone is doing the best they can with what they have.

Haley and PMJ's meeting and this cover is arguably what sky rocketed their world wide recognition. Casey Abrams, fellow S10 Idol was invited to join PMJ through a friend from his alma mater (Jacob Scesney, often plays Sax/wind instruments for PMJ & others) , then Casey introduced PMJ to Haley. Haley joined PMJ on their 2015 European tour, her first post Idol tour. She caught a red eye and went straight to the venue in Berlin. PMJ had recorded Creep before w/ another singer, but Haley asked if she could perform it on the tour. The crowd reaction convinced Scott Bradlee to do something he'd not done before, re-record a cover he'd already done, but this time w/ Haley. So a Week after Haley joined PMJ in Berlin, PMJ and Haley recorded this cover in Zurich on their day off. It was a first take performance. PMJ traveled the entire week up to the recording, so Haley was still adjusting, thought she didn't do well enough on the song, but Scott told her it was perfect. This is easily PMJ's most popular video w/ over 112 million views. I actually met Haley a number of years ago and got to hang out with her and Casey Abrams for a bit of an afternoon. She's super chill, quick to smile and always blows you away when she performs. Good people

Vibrato, rasp/fry, growls, screams, breathy, clear, runs, swoops, scat, head/mixed/chest voice transitions, and so much more. She has an incredible vocal toolbox and she uses it all here.

I've heard other stuff by PMJ with Haley (and others) They're really great. BUT... THIS particular performance of this particular song on this particular day? I think it's one of the best musical and vocal performances I've ever heard. Ever. Any artist. Any genre. This is absolutely extraordinary. Spectacular. And you two did a great reaction!!

Thank you Roadkill, up till now the only cover of creep I paid attention to was by Brian Crum and he hit some vocals that were just insane... I really love the energy and vocal tricks Haley did to this. She brought a whole layer of life to this song.

ALL of the feels with this one! I was in college when the original Creep was released and I have so many memories revolving around that song! I've always enjoyed covers of it, but this is by far my favorite! Thank you for the introduction! Back when we wer Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors in high school, there were always a handful of "cool kids" that left most of thdirclass on the outside looking in. That teen angst fekt by ao many is caught in these lyrucs. It us no wonder the song has been coverdd so often. But like Dire Straight's Brothers i in Arns civered by Home Free and Nine Inch Naiks Hurt covered by Johnny Cash, there comes a cover ocassionally that stands out as classuc in itsekf. This and Radiohead's version are night and day.

Haley is touring parts of the U.S. beginning later this month. "Creep" featuring Haley Reinhart is the most-viewed video on the PMJ channel by far. The second-most viewed video is a group number of "All About That Bass" featuring Haley. Both were recorded on a day off during the first European tour. Both are remakes of songs PMJ had previously recorded. Haley and Casey remain friends. Sadly, Casey recently had to have his colon removed because of the condition that resulted in him being hospitalized during Idol. He will require more surgeries. Last month, his friends held fundraising shows for him.

They had to push Casey's set back 45 minutes until he was strong enough, but I also have his set as well as three songs he did w/ Haley. Shows I've been to featuring both Haley and Casey are my favorite. Great reaction! Haley is my favorite vocalist, and I'm excited I get to see her live for the first time in a couple of days! Subbed in hopes of more reactions to Haley. Two other singers I recommend are Morgan James (also did a lot with PMJ), and Eva Cassidy (the greatest Over the Rainbow ever).

@@grauph1up Yes! Saw her last Friday, and got to meet her at the meet and greet - she's a real sweetheart, very friendly and quick to smile her 1000 watt smile. Got a great picture with her and she signed my t-shirt and a photo. Then went on to give a fantastic show. We saw her again tonight (Sunday), and this time my friend and I were center stage, six feet from her through the whole show. Magical! She did Creep as an encore at both shows. Such an amazing performer!

Hi guys. New to the channel. Enjoyed your reaction. Love Haley and particularly this song. Just a note that your audio levels are off. I don't claim to have the no-how to even do one of these...so I'm no expert. Just letting you know what I hear. In this you are both loud and clear but the music video audio is quite low. I was wearing ear buds and had to increase the volume to max to hear the music. Then when you guys come back on, it almost blew my eardrums out. Just a fyi
