@3B I pulled the weeds and grass by hand and you can place hay around them or garden mate found at Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Good ideas! I have used hay before. I did that last year, but did not decide to do it again this year. I can defiantly tell a huge difference. The ground cover is a good idea also.

@@3BHomestead I purchased mine at Lowe’s in MS for $15.98 each. Walmart has them for $12.97 but I had already purchased mine when I found that out.
