My advice is to take her out on walks in the evening ( get fresh air) and every night a nice warm bath , you feed her and you put white noise . What’s really important is for you to not have the tv on and to make sure it’s dark or very dim. That’s how you train them to realize it’s bed time. The white noise changed the game but routine is the number one thing I advice parents! Good luck

Routine is great but you definitely don't want to bathe your baby every day. Face and hands obviously but a baby should bathe only once or twice a week to build their innate immunity

I always tell couples that having a baby is literally no joke! It may get overwhelming at times and it’s okay because you both are learning this experience together which is the ultimate connection for a couple,if both are willing to work together in the journey. You are now parents and will grow into a different version of you. Just always remember to grow together. Karla! When our babies are fussy and we don’t know why it’s usually colic (a lot of air in their tummy’s) sometimes burping isn’t enough. The best advice I received was getting coconut oil rubbing it till warm in your hands and massaging their bare tummy in clockwise strokes downward, then curling their legs and pressing them into their tummy gently and the air will come out in farts lol. The warm oil in your hands is crucial! And a cherry on top for them if you do this after their bath! So relaxing for them! I still do it occasionally for my one year old to this day🤗 best best advice I received for sleepless nights and fussiness. Really hope you guys see this🙏🏼🤗

My daughter was a formula feed baby so she slept through nights and she was also a chill asf baby. Y’all are doing amazing!!!! Time flys my daughter is almost 2 ! the night hours were so hard!!! the buildup to night time would even get you because you know what’s coming!! lol the cluster feeding and wakes are totally normal. keeping room as dark as possible and sound machine are game changer. what helped when baby was in newborn phase was to also keep bedtime pretty late like around 10/11. when they get older you push the bedtime earlier. also if baby is super cranky or overtired, have baby swaddled and walk around with her in your arms and do a shushing noise. you can even sit at the edge of your bed and bounce lightly up and down. you guys are doing amazing!! 🩷

You’re definitely not alone with feeling exhausted in the NB phase. People told me it gets easier after 3 months. For me and my son it was just us all day and night and his sleep probably got better not until like a year or so but even at that, different challenges arise and it doesn’t get easier technically you just learn how to adapt and face different challenges each milestone, butttt in those moments of exhaustion there’s so much beauty you wouldnt trade for the worllddd and it’s all very much worth going through. ❤️
