Y'all longsword bros will be shooting bows and crossbows and be dying to barbs a lot with the sprint change. Expect to literally never catch a single opponent while running longsword until the on hit slow is changed at this rate. Ice Abyss is cool though. Not the spiders. God I hate spiders.....

been playing ice abyss as wiz right now and things were going well until that one lava ape thing I was cheesing suddenly jumped in my face and everything went downhill from there. Ngl I screamed like a little girl :D

That's fair man. I actually switched it to positive after someone spammed me with reddit messages calling me a dick nose for leaving a negative review when there's still parts of the game that I enjoy, specifically the normal game mode the F2P crew gets access to. He's right, not about the dick nose part (I think), I do like that part of the game and playing that part of the game specifically is worthwhile doing. Should coulda woulda thought of that prior to the negative review, but all I can do is own that short sighted decision, explain the review change, and move on. Idk how steam reviews work though after switch reviews tho so if the negative one persists I can delete that jank, but I've only ever left one other review about Mortal Online 2 cuz that game sucks my nuts. Is what it is now

Yo Oggie I got mad respect for you and have been watching your videos for a long time. However, I am a bit disappointed in your review of DaD on steam. I understand exactly what you're saying in the review but you are an ambassador of the community. I feel you could have given the same review except a thumbs up instead of a thumbs down. I think its sad how all the people who have been through it with IRONMACE are now shitting all over the steam page. This could be an opportunity to bring in new players but instead we are ushering them out before they even get to the door.

You're right. When I posted my review the F2P review bombing shit wasn't as in full swing and I didn't realize the game was getting blasted by poor reading skills. Someone on reddit insulted my nose and told me I shouldn't get it a thumbs down either cuz normal mode is still fun and it's my favorite part of the game anyways. Which is why I changed my review to positive and left the critique of the balance with and edit at the top saying "hey normals is fun and free it's definitely worth playing the free mode since it's the best part of the game" I won't lie, I didn't think me leaving a negative would be an issue nor should be. It's a true assessment of my feelings with Dark and Darker right now. I even said in the review I still play and support Ironmace waiting on them to get it together balance wise for the game. My review, when read, I thought was very mixed and highlighted both good and bad. Ironmace ain't gonna get to the changes to improve the game if all the damn content creators are yes men ya know. That's where my thought process with it is. Thanks for the comment buddy

I left the game when warlock got introduced (As a longsword you couldn't do shit against them) and I was wondering if they changed it. And this is the first video I see lol Also, I reinstall, played 1h. I didn't find any player for 4 games and the 5th and 6th one were Warlock kiting me to hell, with 0 counterplay on my part, I just couldn't hit them once and they can just spam unlimited range spells at me. I guess I will leave this game for another 6 months and see if the devs finally fix kiting and warlocks.

Lol yeah warlock is in an overtuned spot right now for sure man. The game in normals and geared normals is pretty fun personally. People are more aggressive in normals with both base kit and geared up compared to high roller so you tend to get some fun fights at least Edit to say the removal of the zone made it so you really have to chase through the maps to find people. But playing solo in duos like I do I usual come across 4-6 people so 3 teams worth. I’d say that’s about 7/10 games it works out like that

I don't understand why people are so rude to you, everyone is entitled to an opinion even if someone else doesn't agree. I do understand that people are upset with the naming or limitations or whatever it is, but I don't think it deserved to be review bombed. Game has its issues and is fair to criticize justly in order to get a better game for sure. Also just wanted to say I do enjoy your content, I enjoy your sense of humor and attitude. I think your videos are great and entertaining, keep on keeping on brother.

Honestly thought the F2P plan was really good and I’m surprised it’s been received so poorly. Normals mode is legitimately the most fun part of the game right now as well lol. Where y’all getting this idea that nerfing sprint is why I left a bad review xD. I’ve been vocal about disliking the balance for several months now. It literally drove my buddies outright off the game Regardless of that, I did change the review to positive since more than a few people pointed out some facts about what I do like, just like you did here. I edited that into the top of the review as well on steam. Normals is fun and the F2P people bombing the reviews are dumb when they have access to the most enjoyable part of the game for free lol
