I don't really know if this is allowed with Josh's surgery, but there are things I think he can still do 1. Probably push-ups with his bad leg over his good leg 2. Chair push-ups with his bad leg not on the ground or over his good leg, or maybe even on the ground just not much weight on it 3. Sit-ups 4. Plank with his leg a bit in the air or not much weight on it 5. He could sit down and lift smaller weights I don't know why I did this but whatever....
